Up to 2 hours of support/initial configuration per module the first month.
  2. Dedicated consultant for support by phone, email, WhatsApp, Zoom or Google Meet.
  3. Responsibility for uploading data corresponds to the client, so IKOM Systems would limit itself to advising the client on uploading data during consulting hours.
